Built tough with 28mm of solid 190K PSI steel and able to withstand a max load of 1000lbs, this weight lifting bar is made to take on incredible loads. It features upgraded thickened self lubricating bronze bushing for improved spin in the sleeves, a medium diamond knurling with dual knurl markings and an all chrome finish. The Charlie Olympic bar is a great all rounder, everyday barbell and is the stepping-stone into the world of strength training. It is the barbell you need to start lifting.
